Joseph Eardly is an accomplished executive producer and director with over 15 years of experience across both the U.S and UK entertainment markets. Working primarily in the unscripted television category, he also has experience with long-form documentary and narrative shorts.

After studying fine art photography at Indiana University, Joseph spent eight years in London working on award-winning shows including BBC’s Saturday Morning Kitchen and CHANNEL 4’s Forever Summer with Nigella. Back in the US, Joseph directed and produced more ratings hits such as What Not To Wear (TLC), Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style (BRAVO) and Worst Cooks In America (FOOD NETWORK). As an Executive Producer, he has developed and produced series for E!, A&E, FOOD NETWORK, ANIMAL PLANET, and SUNDANCE CHANNEL, and earned an Emmy nomination for Samantha Brown’s Asia on TRAVEL CHANNEL. He was also part of the team that brought the UK smash hit The Great British Bakeoff to the US as The Great Holiday Baking Show for ABC. He has created, produced and directed branded content for W HOTELS, UNICEF, LOWE WORLDWIDE and OGILVY & MATHER.

Compelling, entertaining and rewarding narrative is at the route of everything Joseph creates whether it's long or short, television or film, real life or commercial. In addition to continuing work in television and digital media, Joseph is currently scripting his first feature length screenplay.
